+ Please make any cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. A 48 hour notice leaves us enough time to accommodate clients on our waiting list while protecting our artist, thank you for understanding.
+ A credit card on file is required to book any service. Services cancelled with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the services booked. NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the services booked.
+ We pride ourselves on high quality work and happy guests. In the event that you are unhappy with your hair please reach out to us directly. We will be happy to make adjustments within 1 week of your appointment, anything after 1 week will be subject to charge.
